Damaged or Faulty Items Return Policy 

If you receive an item that is damaged during delivery or is faulty, we are here to help with a full refund or replacement at no additional cost. 

Terms and Conditions for Damaged or Faulty Items Returns: 

  • Notification Period: Please notify us of any damage or faults within 5 days of receiving the product. 
  • Shipping Recommendations: We recommend returning items through an insured, trackable delivery service to ensure safe arrival. 
  • Condition of Returned Items: All items must be returned in the original, unused condition, including the original box and packaging. 
  • Images of Damage: We may request photos of the damaged item before issuing a refund or replacement. 
  • Return of Goods: In some cases, we may require the return of the item before processing a refund or replacement. 
  • Authorisation Required: Please reach out via our contact form or email customer.service@en-joy.co.uk for authorisation before returning any items, including a brief description of the issue. Upon contacting us we will provide you with a returns number, returns cannot be processed without a returns number.

Additional Terms for Returning Items without Damage or Faults

  • Return Authorisation: Please obtain return authorisation from us before sending any items back. We will issue you with a returns number for us to process your return. Returns cannot be processed without a returns number.  
  • Non-Faulty Returns: If a returned item is found to have no faults upon testing, you will be responsible for covering delivery costs before we return the product to you.
